Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Whale View Manor was absolutely delightful! The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views that made my mornings special. The service provided by Elsa and her team was top-notch, making me feel right at home. The location was just perfect, with a lovely beach nearby and close access to local attractions. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was fantastic but could use a bit more variety. Overall, this place is a gem, offering both comfort and value for money.
I had a lovely time at this family-run hotel located right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and quite nice, but there was an old, unkept feel to them, and the water pressure in the bathrooms left much to be desired. The staff, including the owners, were incredibly friendly, which definitely made my stay more enjoyable. However, the parking situation was quite tight and challenging, and the breakfast choice was limited with no buffet available.
My stay at Whale View Manor was absolutely delightful! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the sea and a charming beach just steps away. While I found the rooms to be very comfortable and elegantly decorated, the spa experience unfortunately left a lot to be desired. The overall service was warm and welcoming, which made my visit feel special. However, I did find the pool facilities to be lacking. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but there were certainly areas that could be improved.
I had a decent experience at the hotel, with a great location just a short drive to Cape Point Nature Reserve and a lovely beach right across the road. However, the overall condition of the property felt a bit tired and disorganized, and the room I stayed in was smaller than expected with some functionality issues. While I appreciated the comfort of the bed, I did expect better quality for the price I paid.
My stay at Whale View Manor had its highs and lows. The location is truly stunning, with breathtaking views over False Bay and a beautiful beach just across the street. While the room had a great view, it was quite small and not in the best condition, which was disappointing. The breakfast on the terrace was superb, yet the service could use some improvement, especially in the spa area. Overall, the experience was mixed, combining moments of joy with some frustrations.
